Buy It Now Buttons for Dedicated Spaces: Setup Guide

Deskworks makes it easy for prospective members to purchase full-time spaces—like private offices, dedicated desks, or any other dedicated workspace—directly from your website. With just a few clicks, they can select a space from your embedded floorplan and complete the purchase online. 

Let your website work for you by offering a modern, self-service sales experience that simplifies access to your space and increases revenue.

How It Works

Once your setup is complete, a BUY IT NOW button will automatically appear for any space that’s available for self-service signup. Prospects will be guided through:

• Entering their contact and payment details
• Completing the membership purchase
• Instantly securing the selected space

You’ll see their progress on your Deskworks Dashboard, so you can offer help if needed or follow up with ease.

Setup 

To enable BUY IT NOW buttons for your dedicated spaces:

1. Upload and Configure Your Floor Plan

   • Upload your Floor Plan(s) under INVENTORY > FLOOR PLANS
   • Use the “connect the dot” tool to attach each space on the floor plan to a Reservation Unit
   • In the FLOOR PLAN SETTINGS section, check the box for “Pricing Visible”
   • Add the floor plan to your marketing website using the code and instructions in the FLOOR PLAN EMBEDDING section at the bottom of the screen

2. Confirm Each Dedicated Space Is Connected to a Full Time Product/Price

(You may have completed this step when setting up your floor plan, but double-check)

• Go to INVENTORY > RESERVATION UNITS
• Edit each unit and confirm that the correct Full-Time Product/Price is assigned

3. Enable Self-Registration for Relevant Products

   • Go to INVENTORY > PRODUCTS

   • Edit the Product you want to sell online

   • Check the box for “Show for Self-Registration”
