How to Make a Reservation Unit Available After a Member Leaves

If a Recurring Billing is made INACTIVE, any Reservation Unit assigned to the Recurring Billing will be made available again automatically.

You can also detach a Reservation Unit from a Recurring Billing using these steps:

  1. Go to INVENTORY > RESERVATION UNITS
  2. Click EDIT next to the desired unit. 
  3. Reset the "Who Can Reserve?" drop-down to "Anyone" and wait a few seconds (the new setting will automatically save). 
  4. Then, reset again to "Not Available" or whatever setting is preferred. The member name attached to that unit will have been removed.
