What PCI information do I need?

Deskworks uses Spreedly.com, a middleware platform connecting between Deskworks and about 200 credit card gateways around the world. Spreedly's entire business is secure payment processing. They are Level 1 PCI Compliant, the highest level of security.

Here are the documents you can provide from Spreedly if asked for PCI Compliance:

Their general information on PCI compliance: https://www.spreedly.com/pci

Their Attestation of Compliance:https://s3.amazonaws.com/spreedly-compliance/pci-dss-aoc.pdf

Their PCI Responsibility Matrix:https://global-uploads.webflow.com/6261b09eab2dfcb66677fc30/62ffaf323ec118d81c3f608c_Spreedly_PCI_Responsibility_Matrix.pd

Their scan for the AoC: https://s3.amazonaws.com/spreedly-compliance/asv-scan-aoc.pdf

You may be asked to fill out a 4 page Self-Assessment Questionnaire (rather than the much longer form) since you will process through Spreedly.

If you are using our preferred vendor, 360 Payments for credit card processing, you will not need to fill out the SAQ.
