Yes! You can allow members and non-members to pay their open invoices through the Member Portal.
How to Enable Self-Service Payments
- Go to SETUP > TASKS.
- Click Edit on “Post Payments or Charges” (it might also be named something like “Charges/Payments”).
- Under PERMISSIONS, confirm Members (and/or Non-members) have "View/Edit" permissions.
- SAVE.

How It Works
Members will see the Charges/Payments page in the portal (typically under the BILLING tab, unless you've moved it somewhere else).
They can view invoices by clicking the "eye" icon:

They can submit a payment for any open invoice by clicking the pencil icon:
