Income Breakdown by Month

The Income Breakdown by Month report gives you a summary of the makeup of your revenue and how it's changing over time. 

You can pull this report by month for up to 12 months at a time, and it will display:

• Subtotals by product type (Memberships, Registration, Rental Hours, and Services)
• Further breakdowns by your Product Categories

Report Setup

It is important to set up Product Categories so this (and other) reports give you the information you want to effectively run your business. 

This report will always show totals for each product type—Memberships, Registration, Rental Hours, and Services—but you control how the data is broken down further through your Product Categories.

For example:

• Many coworking businesses create product categories like Coworking Plans, Private Office Plans, and Virtual Plans to track how different types of memberships are performing.
• Reservations can be separated into Conference Room Reservations and Day Office Reservations, or grouped together under a single Reservations category—depending on how you want to see the data.
