Non-members can receive a survey (and maybe you'll want to ask them to give you a Yelp or Google Maps review!) after they complete a reservation. To activate...
- Go to EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS > RESERVATION FOLLOW-UP SURVEY
- Write the Survey you would like sent to people
- Click "Enabled" at the top
- Survey requests will be sent to people about 2 hours after the completion of their reservation.
- To activate this feature, add the following URL to TASKS (see TASKS for instructions for adding features): notifications/reservation-follow-up-survey
