The Security Deposit Report shows all security deposit transactions that have not yet been refunded to members. Use it to track deposits currently held on account, or as of a specific date.

How the Security Deposit Report Works
- When a member pays a security deposit, it appears on this report.
- If a deposit is partially refunded or an additional amount is added, you’ll see those transaction details here.
- Once a deposit is fully refunded or used to pay an invoice, its transactions are removed from the report.
- Use the To Date field to view deposit balances as of a specific date.
What You'll See
By default, the report lists members by Name, Company, and Balance.
How to View Transaction Details
To see individual transaction details:
- Go to the OPTIONS section at the top of the report page.
- Tick the box to Show Details.
- Each record will expand to show individual transactions, including:
- Order #
- Date
- Amount
