Deskworks integrates with Isofy, a complete IT network solution. The integration is connected from the Isofy side. Once connected, you will have many of the features of Deskworks' Intelligent Network Checkin:
See who is in your center right on your Deskworks Dashboard
Create automated plans that track member usage when they are picked up on wifi.
Automatically send wifi access codes with reservations.
Use the secure Code of the Day, displayed on your Dashboard
To set up the integration:
On your Isofy site, click Settings, then Integrations.
Enable all four of the switches on the right side of the screen:
Be sure you have notified your members. As soon as Intelligent Network Checkin is turned on, they will need to use their login and password to sign on to your network and get online.
