The Check-in Report uses the information from the Intelligent Network Check-in system. This is an optional feature in Deskworks requiring a customized router/firewall and RADIUS cloud-based server that we provide for you (or that is provided by a company such as Isofy).
Go to REPORTS > CHECK-IN REPORT.
You can order the report by day (up to 45 days maximum), member or company with visual graphs attached.
The report will enable you to understand how full your center typically is and who your biggest users are.
Hover over any day on the graph and see how many people were in the center that day!
Note: If you have a 24/7 member (say, in an office), and they leave their computer on and attached to the network, you may see more hours than they are physically in the facility. Check-ins are measured by their device being attached to your network.
