Setting Up Membership Plans that Auto-Track Usage

Deskworks allows you to build flexible membership plans that automatically track member usage. You can offer a mix of monthly and as-needed plans depending on how your members use your space.


Monthly Plans that Count Passes

Examples:

  • Day Office: 5 Days per Month

  • 20 Conference Room Hours per Month

  • Virtual Office Plus (includes 2 half-day passes per month)

These plans automatically count down as members use their allocated time or passes each month.
