Churn report

The Churn Report shows all Recurring Billings that were active AS OF any particular date, along with:

• Start Date

• Termination Date (if notice has been given)

• Number of Days Active

• Other fields such as Lead Source, Amount/Discount/Total, etc.

Note: This report is available on the Pro Plan. If you’d like access or want to learn more about upgrading, submit a support ticket and our team will be happy to help.

You can also order the report by any of the available columns, depending on what questions you want to answer. For example, you might want to know:

• How long are people staying active? → Order by Days Active
• What Lead Source produces the most members? → Order by Lead Source

Download as a PDF or CSV file, depending on the use you have for the report.
