Reservation Follow-Up Survey for Non-Members

You can automatically send a follow-up survey to non-members after they complete a reservation. This is a great opportunity to gather feedback—and even ask for a Google or Yelp review.

How to Enable the Follow-Up Survey

  1. Go to Email Notifications > Reservation Follow-Up Survey in your side menu. 
  2. Draft the message or survey you'd like non-members to receive. 
    • You can include links to a survey, review sites or ask specific feedback questions. 
  3. Click Enabled at the top of the page to activate the survey. 
  4. Deskworks will automatically send the survey about 2 hours after the reservation ends.


This email is sent only to non-members who make reservations.
