Simplify and Automate Door Access
The Salto KS integration with Deskworks streamlines how you manage door access for both members and non-members. Once connected, Deskworks automatically updates Salto KS in real time, granting or revoking access based on memberships and reservations. No manual entry, no switching between platforms.

How It Works
Deskworks syncs user activity with Salto KS access groups to control who can open which doors—and when. The automation works differently for each user type:
Members
Active members get access automatically based on their assigned recurring billing product(s).
When a membership ends, access is automatically revoked.
Co-Members
Co-members are granted the same access as the main member.
Non-Members with Reservations
When a non-member reserves a space, Deskworks assigns access to that room for the reservation period.
Access begins 15 minutes before the reservation and ends 15 minutes after.
Email Notifications
Members and Non-Members receive a Deskworks reservation confirmation when a booking is made.
Salto KS sends an email with temporary door access credentials 15 minutes before the reservation begins with instructions for unlocking doors via smartphone.
Multi-Center Support
If you operate more than one location, Salto KS lets you create separate sites, each one representing a different center. In Deskworks, you can link each center to the correct Salto KS site.
Note: Each Deskworks center should map to a single Salto KS site. If you have more than one center, set up access groups and mapping for each one.
