With the Docusign Integration, you can send proposals and contracts for signature right through Deskworks!
Once the Docusign Integration is requested by you and deployed, simply add a signature field into any template, use the template for a contract or proposal and send for signature right on the proposal screen.
When you send a proposal for signature, it will be immediately visible under CONTRACTS on the person's Profile page as "pending." When signed, the agreement will show in the same place as "signed." No uploading of documents required.
In order to use the integration, you will need a Deskworks plan that includes a certain amount of "envelopes," or packages of documents that can be sent for signature each month for a flat monthly rate. There is an additional charge for any envelopes over your monthly allotment, but you will never be stopped from sending as many as you want. You will just be charged for overages at the end of the month.
Additionally, there is no charge "per seat." Your included envelopes can be used by any of your staff.
