You can manage who can view reservation details on the Reservation Calendar and Reservation Floor Plan by adjusting the Reservation Info Visibility setting. These details include who made the reservation, as well as the reservation title and any notes or special requests.
Staff can always see all details.
To access this setting:
- Go to SETUP > SETTINGS
- Scroll to the RESERVATIONS section
- Look for the drop-down labeled Reservation Info Visibility
Here's how each option works:
- Allow co-members to see shared reservation details
If selected, all of the co-members of a company will be able to see any reservation made on the company account.
- Allow all members to see ALL reservation details
If selected, all of your members and co-members will be able to see who has booked a room on the calendar.
Tip: The "Allow all members to see ALL reservation details" setting is most useful for teams or organizations using Deskworks to manage their own internal space (ReserveMyDesk). If you’re running a coworking or flex office space, it’s more common to keep reservations private — but with Deskworks, you have the flexibility to choose what works best for your community.
