How does tracking usage and credits across centers work?

Membership Products have a checkbox to "Track across all centers?"


If this box is checked, credits and passes from a Recurring Billing for this Product can be applied against usage in any center, IF:

  • The main member is activated in the secondary centers -- not just in the center in which they have the Recurring Billing.
  • The main member has at least a no-charge monthly Recurring Billing in the secondary center. A typical one might be a zero cost RB called something like "Monthly Sweep."
  • If all usage is covered by credits, no invoice is issued in the secondary center; if there is uncovered usage, the invoice is issued.

**It is important to note that IF the main member is active in the secondary center, but does not have a Recurring Billing in the secondary center, their usage will still be tracked and credits will be applied, but there is no way for an invoice for overages to be triggered. You will still be able to see their Usage Tracking under the USAGE tab.
