Deskworks Pay Notifications

Deskworks Pay (powered by Propelr and accessed through the CardPointe portal) lets you customize a variety of payment-related notifications. You can choose to receive alerts by email, on your CardPointe dashboard, or both—helping you stay informed about key transaction activity and system updates, such as payment rejections, chargebacks, funding summaries, and statements.


Some payment-related emails, like invoice receipts, refund confirmations, card declines, and card expiration notices, are sent via email directly from Deskworks to registered admins and users. More detailed transaction and system notifications are managed through the CardPointe portal and are sent only to admins with CardPointe access.


Note: Updating notification settings in CardPointe does not affect Deskworks notifications, and vice versa.


Follow the steps below to update both email and dashboard notifications in your Deskworks Pay CardPointe portal.


Access Notification Settings

  1. Login at copilot.cardpointe.com →
  2. Click your profile name in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select My Profile from the dropdown.



Update Email Notifications

To receive notifications by email:

  1. Click the Email Notifications tab.
  2. Review System Notifications. Check or uncheck boxes to enable or disable specific alerts. Save.
  3. Scroll down to Transaction & Event Notifications. If you manage more than one account, select the correct account from the dropdown before adjusting settings. Save.

Select desired account from the dropdown before modifying settings. Repeat for each account as needed.  



Update Dashboard Notifications

To manage in-dashboard alerts: 

Option 1: From My Profile Settings

  1. Click the Dashboard Notifications tab. 
  2. Review System Notifications. Check or uncheck boxes to enable or disable specific alerts. Save.
  3. Scroll down to Transaction & Event Notifications. If you manage more than one account, select the correct account from the dropdown before adjusting settings. Save.

Select desired account from the dropdown before modifying settings. Repeat for eacha as needed.  


Option 2: From Dashboard View

  1. Login at copilot.cardpointe.com →
  2. On the Dashboard, find the Notifications section on the left. 
  3. Click "configure". 
  4. You’ll be taken directly to the Dashboard Notifications tab to manage your settings (see steps 5-6 from Option 1 above).
