Front Desk Check-in – Overview

The Front Desk Check-In app allows you to display a visitor check-in page at your front desk using a tablet or other WiFi-enabled mobile device with access to the App Store or Google Play. 


This app is designed for visitors and guests of your members, such as clients, team members, delivery people, or anyone else arriving at the front desk. It is fully connected to your Deskworks member database, so the visitor list stays up to date as your members are added or updated.


Branded Check-In Experience

The Front Desk Check-In app displays your logo, location, and color scheme, creating a branded experience for visitors as soon as they arrive:


Visitor Check-In and Check-Out

When someone taps Check-In/Out, they can check in as a Member or Visitor:



Visitors can then select the member they are visiting. Once selected, the member will receive a text message and email notification letting them know their visitor, package, delivery, etc. has arrived. 



Reservation Check-In

If someone is at the front desk for a reservation, they can skip directly to Check-In. They can also check out from the tablet when they leave.
