The Docusign Integration allows you to send proposals and contracts for signature directly from Deskworks.
Once the integration is enabled, you can add signature fields to your contract or proposal templates, send the agreement for signature, and automatically store the signed agreement in the member’s profile.
This makes it easy to manage contracts without downloading, uploading, or tracking them across multiple systems.
How It Works
- Add a signature field to a proposal or contract template in Deskworks.
- Use that template when creating a proposal or contract.
- Send the agreement for signature directly from the Proposal screen.
- The agreement will appear in the Contracts/Documents section of the member’s profile as In Process.
- Once signed, the agreement's status updates automatically in the same place to Signed.
Both the sender and the signee are notified via email when the agreement is completed.

Deskworks offers envelope plans that include a set number of agreements you can send for signature each month.

Already have a Docusign plan? You can connect your existing Docusign account instead of using a Deskworks envelope plan.
Getting Started
To begin using the Docusign integration:
- Request the integration for your Deskworks site
- Choose an envelope plan (or let us know you would like to connect an existing Docusign account)
- Add signature fields to your templates
- Start sending proposals and contracts for signature
