Setting up CONTACT button for your members on sidebar (URL, Email or Phone)

When members, co-members and non-members log into Deskworks, they’ll see a CONTACT button near the bottom of the left menu bar. You can configure this button to direct them to the appropriate staff or resource.

To set up the CONTACT button:

  1. Go to Setup > Settings > White Label Settings > Contact Link URL.

  2. Choose how you want the button to function:
    • To direct members to a webpage: Enter the URL (e.g., https://yourwebsite.com/contact).

    • To open an email client: Enter mailto:[youremail]@[yourwebsite.com].

    • To make a phone call: Enter tel:+1234567890 (this will trigger FaceTime, Skype, or another call-handling app).
